Ana has 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property (IP). She specializes in intellectual property prosecution and brand protection matters, with particular experience in addressing provisional refusals, office actions, clearance assessments, infringements, and assignments. Her work frequently involves cooperation with national customs authorities on surveillance, seizure, and destruction of counterfeit goods, as well as coordination with police and market inspectorate officials in enforcement actions.

Ana represents clients across a wide range of industries, including apparel, food and beverage, tobacco, and beauty, and advises both established companies and emerging businesses on strategic IP protection and portfolio development. In addition to her trademark practice, Ana handles copyright and industrial design matters and represents clients before the national Intellectual Property Offices and relevant enforcement authorities.

Various international legal ranking organizations, such as Legal 500 and MIP IP Stars, recognize Ana Radoman as an expert in the field, and Rising Star in intellectual property.

Before joining VP-IP Zatezalo, Krnetic and Partners in 2025, Ana worked at CWB/ex-Petosevic for almost 14 years.

Ana passed the bar examination in 2016 and holds an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
