His practice includes identifying and investigating infringements, preparing cease-and-desist letters, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in litigation before courts and administrative bodies in Serbia and the Balkan countries.

He regularly advises clients on trademark clearance, portfolio management, and enforcement strategies tailored to industry-specific challenges. His work involves direct collaboration with customs, police, and market inspection authorities in cases of infringement and counterfeit goods.

Branislav has successfully represented clients from a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, tobacco, luxury goods, and the automotive industry.

He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
